Simultaneous Three-wavelength Depolarization Lidar Using a Coherent White Light Continuum

Abstract

A white light continuum generated in a krypton gas cell at the atmospheric pressure was used as a lidar light source. We have successfully performed simultaneous 3-wavelength depolarization measurements of aerosols and clouds.
