Abstract

We will present the last developments and results on compact, low cost, monolithic widely tuneable Mid-InfraRed (MIR) sources based on arrays of Distributed Feedback (DFB) Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCL) and passive multiplexers on Indium Phosphide (InP) wafers.
