Abstract

Although solid-state organic lasers demonstrated their high potential under optical pumping [1], electrical pumping has not been reported so far [2]. In numerous earlier attempts to achieve an electrically driven organic laser a conclusion was firmly established: optical pumping threshold sets the lowest theoretical limit to the electrical pumping one.
