Abstract

Cavity Resonator Integrated Guided-mode resonance Fitlers (CRIGFs) are a new generation of narrow band filters [1]. They provide high spectral selectivity, high efficiency, and compactness which make them ideal for optical integration like in extended cavity diode laser [2,3].
