Abstract
Photonics is now widely used in communication and radar systems, with functionalities such as signal acquisition, transportation or sampling. Beside these aspects, a decisive objective in radar and communication systems is to exploit photonics properties to perform more complex signal processing functions such as filters [1, 2]. The generic implementation of a filter processor requires means to duplicate, weight, and delay the signal. In this Communication, we present a Silicon On Insulator (SOI) elementary interferometer cell which integrate all these key functions with electrical control.
