Abstract
HiLASE Centre is a new technological infrastructure in the field of application-oriented laser research and development, commissioned in 2015. The main mission of HiLASE is to serve as a bridge between the academic world and hi-tech industry. The “next generation” laser technology at HiLASE is based on highly efficient diode pumped solid state laser (DPSSL) amplifiers [1]. Current status and prospects of the HiLASE facility will be presented.
