Abstract
Spectrometers are widely used for scientific experiments in all different fields and for real-time monitoring. In several setups it is necessary to measure a spectrum at different positions over time [1], but with most spectrometers it is only possible to measure one spectrum at a time. For measuring two or more spectra simultaneously, several spectrometers are necessary which increases costs. In the scope of the EnviGuard project we have developed a multichannel optical interrogator which is based on an integral field spectrometer that can capture up to 12 channels in parallel.
