Integrated 2D Beam-steering device assisted by fixed lens

Abstract

An integrated 2D beam-steering device is demonstrated on a silicon nitride platform assisted by a fixed lens. The device has O(logN) power consumption, 19 dB background suppression and 0.0167-degree beam divergence.
