Abstract

Cancer deceases are one of most important modern world-wide problems of human health. Photodynamic therapy is widely used in oncology and based on the generation of chemically active singlet oxygen by the special dyes. The interaction of singlet oxygen with cancer cells leads to their death. This phenomena is used at the application of the photoactive fiber-optics endoscope.
