Abstract

Using hybrid integration of long, low-loss Si3N4 waveguide circuits with InP semiconductor amplifiers, we demonstrate on-chip frequency comb generation. The comb densely covers a 25-nm broad spectrum with more than 1600 comb-lines at 2-GHz spacing.
