Abstract

We report superradiance pulse emitters utilizing quantum-confined Stark effect in multiple wide-quantum-well heterostructure. The light pulses of duration is 1.2 ps and energy 80 pJ is a mixed photon state with non-classical correlations g3g3g2g4.
