Abstract

We report the first nonlinear frequency conversionspecifically optical parametric oscillationin OPGaP layers grown by hydride vapor-phase epitaxy on OPGaAs templates. A fan-out grating provides continuously wavelength-tunable broadband pulses covering 3.912 m.
