Abstract

Cubic Gd2O3 crystals were applied for the modification of a silica hollow-core antiresonant fiber with thin films based on highly-luminescent Gd2O3Nd3+ nanophosphors synthesized by the polymer-salt method which allows non-CVD formation of active silica layers
