Sensitive Multi-species Gas Sensing with Supercontinuum-based Photoacoustic Spectroscopy

Abstract

We improved the sensitivity of supercontinuum-based broadband photoacoustic spectroscopy in the mid-infrared by employing a miniature multipass cell. We demonstrated the systems ability to separate spectrally overlapping hydrocarbons from a gas mixture.
