Spectral Properties of Optical Discharge in Hollow-Core Optical Fibers

Abstract

Emission spectra of an optical discharge propagating along a hollow-core fiber under the action of pulsed laser radiation were measured. The averaged spectrum of the discharge plasma corresponds to the black body radiation at15kK.
