Scalable photonic splitters based on 3D laser lithography

Abstract

We present scalable 3D photonic splitters fabricated using 3D laser lithography. Splitters comprise optical waveguide with 1.2m diameter, and we characterize 1x9 IO branching topology. Finally, we demonstrate a 225 input and 529 output interconnect.
