Abstract

High-intensity laser pulses are highly applicable in science, medicine and industry. Lasers with increased functionality and a unique set of features can stimulate research in new fields and the development of new laser techniques. Carefully tailored laser parameters and operation regimes may guarantee the best results of the laser application.
