Hyperspectral Cathodoluminescence Imaging of Strain Localized Quantum Emitters in Multilayer GaSe

Abstract

We reveal the effect of strain localization on GaSe single photon emitters using correlative cathodoluminescence, photoluminescence, and atomic force microscopies; together these measurements illustrate the nanoscale limits of strain control for integrated quantum photonics.
