Fractal superconducting nanowire single-photon detector at 1540 nm with 91% system detection efficiency

Abstract

We demonstrate a fiber-coupled fractals uperconducting nanowire single-photon detector working in dual bands, with 91% system detection efficiency (SDE) at the wavelength of 1540 nm and with 61% SDE at 520 nm.
