Quadrature-Resolved Dissipative Optomechanical Measurement

Abstract

We present a homodyne detection scheme to reliably measure the dissipative coupling in optomechanical systems. Our method is validated on silicon devices yieldingGκe/Gω = 0.007 ± 0.001.
