Deterministic inverse design of spectral line shapes using thin-film-based Fano resonators

Abstract

We present an inverse design approach for spectral line shapes using thin-film-based Fano resonators. Stochastic gradient descent (SGD)-based learning provides CMOS-compatible process parameters for spectral line shapes with four different Fano q parameters.
