From Non-Scattering to Super-Scattering States with the Topology of Light and Matter

Abstract

We demonstrate the existence of a hybrid anapole state in an all-dielectric cuboid particle and discuss how such a non-scattering state can be changed to super-scattering mode by modifying the topology of light and matter.
