Water Window Attosecond Pulses driven by Sub-cycle Tailored Waveforms

Abstract

Tunable high-harmonic continua in the water window spectral region are generated in helium using sub-cycle infrared waveforms from a parametric waveform synthesizer. Yield enhancement is observed with specific driving waveforms.
