Mode-Mismatch-Robust Squeezed Light from a Self-Imaging Optical Parametric Oscillator

Abstract

We show that the multimode squeezed light from a self-imaging optical parametric oscillator has the robustness of maintaining the squeezing level to spatial mode mismatch. This light outperforms single-mode infinitely squeezed light against massive mode-mismatch.
