Towards superradiant spontaneous four wave mixing in an array of silicon microresonators

Abstract

We demonstrate cooperative spontaneous four wave mixing in an array of silicon resonators, in which the photon pair generation rate is enhanced with respect to the incoherent sum of the rates of the individual emitters.
