Ultrahigh-resolution fiber-optic sensing system with an ultra-simple system and broadband light

Abstract

An ultra-simple fiber-optic sensing system is proposed. The resolution reached 99.6 fε/√Hz at 1kHz with an enhanced Sagnac interferometer, which is the highest resolution level of the white light system to our best knowledge.
