Switchable Dual Wavelength Erbium-doped Fiber Laser in C- and L-band

Abstract

We propose a novel scheme for a switchable dual wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser based on a polarization-dependent surface long-period grating. The lasing wavelength was switched in C- and L-band with a response time of 270 μs.
