Long-Range Exciton Diffusion in Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract

We develop an analytic model of exciton dynamics that agrees well with contrasting studies of suspended single-walled carbon nanotubes. Exciton intrinsic diffusion length (1.3-4.7 μm) is much longer than observed with encapsulated samples.
