Record-efficiency biphoton correlator and observation of high-order dispersion cancellation

Abstract

We construct an ultrafast biphoton correlator with a record pair conversion efficiency of 105 based on sum-frequency generation in a PPLN waveguide, enabling us to demonstrate high-order dispersion cancellation for the first time.
