Broadband Microresonator-Based Parametric Frequency Comb near Visible Wavelengths

Abstract

We demonstrate broadband frequency comb generation spanning over 700 nm from 830 to 1540 nm in a dispersion-engineered Si3N4 microresonator. To our knowledge, this is the broadest parametric comb generated near the visible wavelength range.
