Enhancement of Solar Energy Conversion by Internal Light Randomization in Subwavelength Active Layer

Abstract

Light randomization in subwavelength active layers beyond the eligibility of rays is investigated. None-the-less more than 30% current enhancement in less than 50nm thick oxide layers is observed indicating a potentially game-changing approach.
