Abstract

We report MoSi superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SNPDs) with low polarization sensitivity over a 120 nm wavelength range, covering the standard fiber telecom wavelengths. Our models indicate that this low polarization sensitivity is consistent with the design geometry.
