Critical Speeding-Up of Non-Equilibrium Electronic Relaxation Near Ising-Nematic Transition in Unstrained Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2

Abstract

We observe a critical speeding up in the electronic relaxation time that implies that nematic fluctuations govern the electronic thermalization/cooling dynamics and that magnetic fluctuations dominate the nonlinear signals that arise from the Ising-nematicity.
