Abstract

We present a microfluidic metasurface with high tunability composed of subwavelength C-shaped split ring resonators for multi-function. By accurately tuning each C-shaped split ring resonator, we demonstrate functions of dispersion-free beam steering, dispersion-free focusing and beam tracking.
