Control of Fano resonances in graphene-based gratings at telecom wavelengths

Abstract

We demonstrate that integration of graphene with a grating allows electro-optical modulation of linewidth, characteristic wavelength and shape of the Fano resonances associated with the quasinormal modes of the grating.
