Abstract

We report on phase matched second harmonic generation (SHG) in an on-chip high-Q lithium niobate (LN) microresonator fabricated by femtosecond laser. Highly efficient SHG process was demonstrated with a normalized conversion efficiency of 1.106×10−3/mW.
