Localized Plasmonic-assisted Polarization Dependent State Switching in a Single Semiconductor Quantum Dot

Abstract

We demonstrated polarization dependent switching between two different charged states in a single quantum dot. We note that this switching is a consequence of the modification of the local electromagnetic field by a plasmonic structure.
