Abstract

We demonstrate the general mechanism to construct the dispersion-free metastructure. By designing the parameters of a metallic metamaterial and a dielectric interlayer, the thickness-dependent dispersion of the dielectric spacing layer cancels out the intrinsic dispersion of the metallic structure.
