Layer-Dependent Third-Harmonic Generation in Multilayer Graphene

Abstract

We report third-harmonic generation in multilayer graphene on fused silica with layer numbers of up to <50. Calibration of the thickness is carried out using atomic-force microscopy. High-contrast microscopy demonstrates its layer-dependence and coherent nature.
