Entanglement Verification with Detection-Efficiency Mismatch

Abstract

Entanglement is a necessary condition for secure quantum key distribution (QKD). Here, we present a method to address the open problem of verifying entanglement when efficiency mismatch between various detectors in a QKD setup exists.
