Verified Nanoscale Engineering of Localized Diamond Nitrogen-Vacancy Centers

Abstract

We demonstrate the scalable fabrication of nitrogen-vacancy clusters localized on the order of 10 nm. We verify the spatial distribution and spin properties of engineered NVs through wide-field, super-resolution optically detected magnetic resonance microscopy.
