Stable, Continuous-Wave, Birefringent-Multicrystal, Single-Frequency Deep-UV Generation

Abstract

We report the implementation of compact cascaded single-pass multicrystal scheme in birefringent crystal, for single-frequency continuous-wave deep-UV generation at 266nm, with good long-term passive power stability (0.12% rms over 4 hours), and relevant power enhancement.
