Fabrication and Characterization of Moiré Metasurfaces

Abstract

We report the fabrication of moiré metasurfaces by moiré nanosphere lithography and their optical properties. Moiré metasurfaces consist of a wide variety of metallic nanoparticles and show multi-band absorption peaks from visible to infrared range.
