Analog Logarithmic Computing Primitives with Silicon Photonics

Abstract

Optical computing accelerators help alleviate bandwidth and power consumption bottlenecks in electronics. We introduce an approach for the implementation of logarithmic-type analog primitives in silicon photonics.
