Entangling Narrowband Photon Pairs

Abstract

We review our recent progress in generating and manipulating narrowband (~ MHz) entangled pahoton pairs from spontaneous four-wave mixing in atomic ensembles. These photons are ideal for interacting with atomic nodes in a photon-atom quantum network.
