Nanocavity Design for Reduced Spectral Diffusion of Solid-State Defects

Abstract

We report on the reduced spectral diffusion of nitrogen vacancy centers in waveguides and cavities. We also design a cavity that provides both high quality factor and isolation from diamond surfaces.
