Quantum Interference in a Room Temperature InAs/InP Quantum Dot Semiconductor Optical Amplifier

Abstract

Ramsey interference were observed in an inhomogeneously broadened InAs/InP quantum dot semiconductor optical amplifier operating at room temperature. The imprint of the Ramsey fringes on pulse intensity, phase and temporal position were demonstrated.
