Interferometric implementation of Rydberg-atom entanglements

Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate interferometrically controlled Rydberg-atom entanglements, for atoms separated farther than their blockade radius, where the interaction phase induced during the time interval between two control pulses implements distance-selective atom-atom entanglement.
