A Charge-Tunable Quantum Dot Strongly Coupled to a Nanophotonic Cavity

Abstract

We report for the first time a strong interface between a charge tunable quantum dot spin and a microcavity embedded in a p-i-n-i-n diode structure, which enables control and stabilization of quantum dots charging state.
