1D and 2D like Exciton-Exciton Interactions in Atomically Thin Black Phosphorus

Abstract

We study exciton-exciton annihilation in atomically thin black phosphorus using micro-transient absorption spectroscopy. Our results show a transition from 1D- to 2D- like interactions as we increase the exciton densities.
